What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 10 units per style. For some styles the minimum can be lower or higher, so it is always worth asking.
Can I mix different styles or categories in one order?
Yes. You can combine plush toys, keychains, squishy toys, blind boxes and bags in one shipment, as long as each style meets its own minimum quantity.
Do you provide a price list?
We quote per order, because pricing depends on the style, quantity and destination. Send us the list of products you are interested in and we will come back with current pricing.
Can I order samples first?
Yes — many buyers start with a small sample order to check the quality before placing a bulk order. Contact us and we will advise the best way to do this.
Do you offer OEM or custom packaging?
Custom logos, hang tags and packaging are available for many items. The minimum quantity is usually higher for customised orders. Send us your artwork and we will confirm options and lead time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing takes 1–3 business days, then delivery is normally 3–7 business days by express courier or 7–15 business days by standard air. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
How do I pay?
Orders can be placed through our online checkout. For wholesale quantities we will confirm the available payment methods and the exact total, including shipping, when we quote.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it. Once it has left our warehouse, changes are no longer possible.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items and packaging. We will investigate and agree on a solution with you.
Where do you ship from?
We dispatch from our warehouse in China. Contact us with your destination country and we will confirm the shipping method and estimated delivery time.
