Shipping & Delivery

Last updated: September 18, 2026

BubblyBunch supplies wholesale toys from China to customers in the United States, Europe, and other non-sanctioned destinations, subject to applicable law, export controls, customs requirements, carrier availability, and payment verification.

We serve B2B buyers and can support standard wholesale orders as well as OEM and ODM projects. Shipping arrangements, lead times, and delivery terms are confirmed on an order-by-order basis.

1. Shipping Origin

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products are shipped from China.

Our company information is:

Shanghai Doushu E-commerce Co., Ltd.
No. 181, Zhongshe Road, Maogang Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai 201606, China

2. Where We Ship

We primarily export to:

  • The United States.
  • European countries and regions.
  • Other destinations that are not subject to applicable sanctions, embargoes, export restrictions, payment restrictions, or shipping limitations.

We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel an order where shipment, payment, end use, end user, product category, customs clearance, or delivery would violate applicable laws, sanctions rules, export controls, carrier restrictions, or internal compliance requirements.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after we receive:

  • A confirmed order, quotation, pro forma invoice, or sales contract.
  • Required product specifications and customization approvals, if applicable.
  • The agreed deposit or full payment, as applicable.
  • Accurate consignee, delivery, and customs information.
  • Any required compliance, import, or shipping documentation.

For custom, OEM, ODM, or made-to-order products, production begins only after specifications, artwork, samples, molds, packaging, and payment terms have been confirmed in writing as applicable.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

For standard international wholesale orders, the general estimated delivery time is 15–25 days. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Actual delivery time depends on factors including:

  • Product availability and production schedule.
  • Order quantity and complexity.
  • Customization, OEM, or ODM requirements.
  • Sample approval, artwork approval, tooling, molding, and packaging requirements.
  • Payment confirmation.
  • Quality inspection and export preparation.
  • Chosen shipping method.
  • Carrier capacity, flight or vessel schedules, port congestion, customs clearance, weather, holidays, and destination conditions.
  • The final delivery address and local carrier performance.

The expected production and delivery timeline for your order will be assessed and confirmed during communication with our sales team. Please contact us before placing time-sensitive orders.

5. Production Lead Time

Production lead time varies by product and order type.

  • In-stock products may be prepared more quickly, subject to quantity, packaging, payment, and shipping arrangements.
  • Standard wholesale products may require additional time for sourcing, packing, inspection, and export preparation.
  • OEM and ODM products may require longer lead times due to design confirmation, prototype development, sampling, tooling or molding, material sourcing, production, testing, custom packaging, and quality control.

Any estimated production date is based on information available at the time of quotation and may change if specifications, quantities, artwork, packaging, payment status, or shipping arrangements change.

6. Shipping Methods

Depending on product type, quantity, destination, urgency, and agreed Incoterms or delivery terms, shipping options may include:

  • International express courier.
  • Air freight.
  • Sea freight.
  • Rail freight, where available.
  • Freight forwarder or customer-nominated carrier.
  • Other logistics solutions mutually agreed in writing.

We may recommend a shipping method based on overall cost, reliability, transit time, product volume, and destination requirements. The final shipping method and cost should be confirmed before shipment.

7. Shipping Rates and Charges

Shipping charges are not always included in product prices. Freight charges may depend on order volume, carton dimensions, gross weight, destination, shipping method, fuel surcharges, insurance, customs requirements, and local delivery conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer may be responsible for:

  • International freight and insurance.
  • Import duties, VAT, GST, sales taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees.
  • Destination handling and local delivery fees.
  • Storage, demurrage, detention, return, redelivery, or other charges caused by delayed clearance, incorrect delivery information, refusal of delivery, or customer-related circumstances.

The applicable price, freight arrangement, and payment responsibility will be shown in the quotation, pro forma invoice, sales contract, shipping confirmation, or other written communication.

8. Customs, Duties, and Import Responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that products can be legally imported, sold, marketed, and distributed in the destination country or region.

This may include responsibility for:

  • Customs clearance.
  • Import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, and local fees.
  • Product testing, certification, conformity assessment, safety documentation, age grading, labeling, packaging, language requirements, and local registrations.
  • Import licenses, permits, registrations, or other approvals.
  • Compliance with local product-safety, consumer-protection, environmental, packaging, intellectual-property, and advertising laws.

We may provide standard commercial and shipping documents where agreed, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, or other documents reasonably available for the shipment. However, unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee that any product meets every legal, technical, certification, labeling, or import requirement in a particular destination.

9. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery and consignee information, including company name, recipient name, telephone number, email address, full street address, postal code, country, tax or import number where required, and any delivery instructions.

BubblyBunch is not responsible for delays, additional charges, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated delivery information supplied by the customer.

10. Shipment Tracking and Delivery

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details or shipping information after dispatch. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier or logistics provider and may not update continuously.

Delivery dates shown by carriers are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, port congestion, weather events, labor disruptions, public-health events, force majeure events, or other events outside our reasonable control.

11. Inspection on Arrival

Please inspect the shipment promptly upon delivery.

If cartons or products appear damaged, short, incorrect, or materially defective:

  • Take clear photos and videos before unpacking where possible.
  • Retain all cartons, labels, packaging materials, and shipping documents.
  • Note visible damage on the delivery receipt, if possible.
  • Notify the carrier or logistics provider promptly.
  • Contact BubblyBunch within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, evidence, and a detailed description of the issue.

Please review our Refund and Returns Policy for claim requirements and available remedies.

12. Risk of Loss and Title

Risk of loss, title transfer, and responsibility for freight damage depend on the delivery terms, Incoterms, shipping method, and written agreement applicable to the order.

Unless otherwise stated in a written sales contract, quotation, or pro forma invoice, risk may transfer to the buyer once goods are delivered to the carrier, freight forwarder, port, airport, or other agreed transfer point. Customers should consider cargo insurance where appropriate.

13. Delayed, Refused, or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is delayed, refused, abandoned, held by customs, returned, or becomes undeliverable due to customer action or inaction, inaccurate information, non-payment of duties or taxes, missing import documents, inability to clear customs, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer may be responsible for all resulting costs.

Such costs may include return freight, storage, customs penalties, destruction fees, re-delivery fees, and other carrier or logistics charges. Refunds may be reduced or unavailable where these costs arise.
